Music 2000, a well know audio company established in 1998 with a few members and cassettes at the time of puja. Within a short period of time it has became a well-known name in musical world of West Bengal, where all the eminent singers give their voice along with new talents.

Music 2000 arranged an Audition every year to promote the best talents through their company. Rabindra Sangeet, Modern Bengali Songs and Recitation are the three subjects.

Music 2000 participates to many festivals by giving their stalls, namely ‘Gaan Mela' at Rabindra Sadan Premises. ‘Delhi Durga Puja' (B Block, Chittaranjan Park), ‘Raas Mela' in Coochbehar (West Bengal) and ‘Gaan Mela' in Howrah.

Music 2000 organized many cultural programmes to promote new talents at different venue of Kolkata, i.e. Rabindra Sadan, Kala Mandir, Sisir Mancha, Okakura Bhavan, Dakshinapan Complex, Dhakuria.

Music 2000 also books some slots in different TV channel where they telecast the song of Company artists.

Eminent personalities like Avijit Banerjee, Sreeradha Banerjee and Saikat Mitra, Srabani Sen, Raja Sen, Sabyasachi Chakraborty are the few prominent names who gives support every time when needed.

Music 2000 organizes CD release Programme at Press Club and distributes CDs to the different papers for review, the same – AnandaBazar Patrika, Saptahik Bartaman, Pratidin are the few press who help us every time.
